As the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic has continued to escalate since our previous communication, Azimuth would like to provide you with updated details regarding our operational plans. As authorities continue to change the scope of action to deal with this pandemic, we continue to adjust our efforts to protect our staff and community alike.
We continue to closely monitor the circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, including all warnings and advisories issued by government officials and the CDC.
Based on recommendations from authorities, Azimuth has implemented our work from home policy. We want to assure you that doing so will have little impact on day to day business operations. Azimuth is a service-first organization and as such it’s important to share as much information as we can regarding any service limits we foresee as a result of our work from home measures.
Like other businesses, schools, and daycares are closed, it’s very likely our staff will have family members and pets at home while performing their daily business tasks. Please take note and be patient with us during this time. We ask that you accept our apologies in advance for any background noise you may encounter during this time. Rest assured our team has made every effort to work in a home office or secluded area to keep the background noise to a minimum.
POSSIBLE SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:
Please understand there might be service delays/interruptions (some of which are out of our control) such as delayed mail service both sending and receiving, delayed express mail services. Naturally, fulfillment documents such as physical ID cards and other policy documents, and claims documents will be impacted by any mail service delays. As always, we will continue to deliver all policy documents electronically. We recommend sending any communications and documents electronically to service@azimuthrisk.com.
